About me

’m a product design leader with 15+ years of experience building enterprise platforms, digital products, and service experiences that simplify complexity and create meaningful business impact. My work sits at the intersection of design, strategy, operations, and emerging technology, and I’ve spent much of my career helping organizations turn ambitious ideas into intuitive, scalable experiences for the people who rely on them every day.
I bring deep experience in UX strategy, product design, service design, design operations, and cross-functional leadership. Over the years, I’ve led teams across enterprise SaaS, large-scale internal platforms, commerce ecosystems, and operationally complex environments, always with a focus on making products more useful, intelligent, efficient, trustworthy, and human-centered. I’m especially interested in how design can shape the future of work by combining systems thinking, behavioral insight, and advances in AI to create experiences that are more adaptive, contextual, and assistive.
A big part of my work has been building and scaling design teams, practices, and operating models that help organizations move from fragmented execution to intentional product thinking. I’ve led distributed teams through design leads, coached and mentored designers across levels, and helped establish the processes, standards, and governance needed to create quality at scale. I care deeply about creating environments where teams can collaborate effectively, make smarter decisions, and use research, data, and emerging technologies to design with greater clarity and confidence.
My approach is grounded in human-centered design, research, systems thinking, and measurable outcomes. I believe the most meaningful product experiences come from deeply understanding people—their needs, friction points, goals, and behaviors—and translating those insights into solutions that are practical, scalable, and resilient. Increasingly, that also means thinking about how AI can responsibly enhance decision-making, reduce effort, personalize experiences, improve support, and unlock new forms of interaction without losing transparency, trust, or human judgment.
I’m particularly drawn to complex product ecosystems where design can bridge business ambition, technical possibility, and human need. Whether I’m shaping product vision, building teams, improving operating models, or exploring the role of AI in next-generation experiences, I care about creating products and systems that feel thoughtful, future-ready, and genuinely useful.
At the core of it, I’m passionate about building experiences that make work easier, decisions clearer, and systems more human—even as the technology behind them becomes more intelligent, automated, and interconnected.
