I’m a design leader who enjoys working on complex problems — the kind that sit at the intersection of users, business goals, technology, and organizational constraints. Much of my work has been in enterprise environments, where good design is not just about polish, but about bringing clarity to complexity, improving how systems work, and helping teams make better decisions.
Over the years, I’ve led design across internal tools, enterprise platforms, dashboards, service ecosystems, and business-critical workflows. What draws me to this space is the opportunity to make high-friction experiences simpler, more intuitive, and more useful for the people who rely on them every day.
I care deeply about building strong teams and healthy design practices. That includes mentoring designers, creating space for thoughtful critique, partnering closely with product and engineering, and helping organizations raise the quality and consistency of design over time. I’m especially interested in design systems, scalable patterns, and the role design can play in creating clarity across products, platforms, and AI-enabled experiences.
At this stage in my career, I’m most energized by work that combines leadership, systems thinking, and meaningful impact — especially when it involves shaping future-ready experiences with responsibility, craft, and a strong point of view. I’m particularly interested in how AI, personalization, and adaptive systems can improve insight generation, workflow support, and decision-making in enterprise products while maintaining usability, trust, and human-centered design.
